Art is a language through which we can truly reach one another.

It lets your own melody be heard.

It is a tool for listening inward - to discover, to pause, and to feel what could not sound for a long time, and had no space to be heard.

Emotional Awareness

Emotional education is often left out, and for us at TNM it is especially important.

The tools we bring into our classes support us in living through what we feel with awareness and teach us how to take care of those emotions - and so we live more present, more authentic lives.

We all feel, and yet we are not always grateful for it. Not because we feel, but because we do not know how to take care of those emotions.

So we pause and listen closely to what whispers inside us. Because what whispers inside us is our surest compass towards fulfilment, and the inner voice has the greatest power to lead.

Pause and hear yourself. That is when the answers come - the ones that are truest to you.

Growth begins where there is trust, safety, mindfulness and an exchange that goes both ways.

When we see our Student, we see their real needs. We choose the tools that fit and we make a safe place where they can grow fully.

We listen closely and give time to whatever comes - not passing over emotions, nor whatever a child brings to us. Care, tenderness, authentic presence and transparency build an atmosphere of respect and acceptance, where you can be fully yourself.
